Trump appeared to go off-script when he brought up former New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio and savaged him as a "horrible mayor."

"I'm surprised that Bill DeBlasio was actually able to make it tonight, to be honest," Trump said. "He was a terrible mayor. I don't give a s---t if this is comedy or not. He was a terrible mayor. He did a horrible job. That's not comedy, by the way. That's fact."

Trump also poked fun at current New York Mayor Eric Adams, who is facing an indictment from the Department of Justice, which Trump has claimed was in retaliation for criticizing the Biden administration.

"Good luck with everything, mayor," Trump said. "They went after you."

Trump also joked that he had to wrap up his remarks because the space was about to be filled by "illegal aliens from Texas."
