The past week saw new developments in the Trump administration’s actions to end a long-simmering conflict overseas, efforts to prevent trans-identified men from competing in women’s sports, and a lengthy speech from President Donald Trump to U.S. military leaders. 

Here are five highlights from the Trump administration's actions this week.
