In Boston, 24 people replied to a promising "Director of Operations" job posting. During the video chat interviews, they found out what the job requires of them – pretty much everything: long hours, physical strain, a variety of skills, no breaks and no pay.
Who would do such endless and mostly thankless work? When the applicants found out, it all made sense and even brought some to tears.
