This man's wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and she does not recognize him or the love they once shared because of it. But, this disease does not stop him from loving her every single day. He knows everything about her and makes sure he never hurts her feelings.

Decades ago he made a promise with her that he intends on keeping forever. The love these two share for one another is heartwarming.
