When A Double Stroller With 2 Babies Falls Into a Reservoir, God Sends A Good Samaritan (VIDEO)

A woman jogging around a reservoir spotted something that eventually turned her into a hero for the day. As she made a turn she saw a stroller with two children in the water face down. What could have been a horrific tragedy turned into a a miracle thanks to Rebecca.

The parents of this young child never set the brakes and the stroller began to roll until it eventually fell in the water. Rebecca, a former lifeguard, immediately jumped into the water and grabbed the two children. God surely put this woman in the right place at the right time.
