YWAM Holds Fourth 'One Voice' International Gathering
Five different Youth With A Mission locations, Lausanne/Switzerland, Tyler/USA, Restenas/Sweden, Coatesville/USA, and Townsville/Australia, gathered for the fourth One Voice international worship event on August 14, 2004.
Through GENESIS, a video conference system, participants from each location were able to view others on a display screen. Each location took turns leading worship and sharing the Word.
Developers of GENESIS technology, which is taught GENESIS School, also a part of YWAM, envision creating a global classroom through the system and allowing Biblical training classes from YWAM’s University of the Nations to reach even remote areas.
The first One Voice event was held in December 2003.
