A leading pro-life organization has responded after former President Donald Trump claimed that Republican candidates' positions on abortion led to the party's lackluster performance in the midterm elections.
A federal appeals court has upheld a Florida school district's policy that prevented a trans- identified student from using bathrooms based on gender identity rather than biological sex.
