Beyonce Weight Loss News: Singer Shows Off Stunning Body After Pregnancy

Just four months after giving birth to her twins, singer Beyonce is already back to her pre-pregnancy body, as shown in the latest photos she shared on Instagram.

It took hard work and discipline for the "Lemonade" singer to get back into shape. A source that spoke to E! News claims that the she watches what she eats and being health conscious.

The source reveals that Beyonce immediately went back to work after she was allowed by her doctors to do training:

She did SoulCycle several times a week as soon as she got clearance after her C-section. She also worked out with a trainer at home doing cardio, intervals and weights.

Diet was also a huge part in Beyonce's quest to shed her baby weight:

All of her meals and diet were overseen by a private chef on staff who travels with them and prepares everything specifically for her.

Another source that spoke to the same publication adds that her diet was "mostly vegan." In line with this, Beyonce actually did The 22-Day Revolution diet after she had her first child. In a book about the diet, she herself provided the foreword.

In this "mostly vegan" diet that she did after her second pregnancy, Beyonce paired it with her workout that she got "addicted" to her routine.

She immediately saw results and has now slowed back down again and doesn't put as much pressure on herself. Beyonce is really happy at how her body has transformed after giving birth and she is comfortable in her own skin.

The "Formation" singer is currently taking cycle classes but not as many as before. She also trains twice a week. Based on her latest photos, the results are stunning and it won't be long before she is back to her pre-baby body.
