'Chevy Guy' Stumbles Through World Series MVP Presentation, Bumbles 'Technology and Stuff' (VIDEO)

"Chevy guy" Rikk Wilde was given the duty of presenting a new Chevrolet Colorado to San Francisco Giants' pitcher Madison Bumgarner Wednesday, as he was the MVP of the World Series. However, Wilde, a zone manager from Kansas City was very nervous and stumbled through the short prepared speech, saying the truck comes with "technology and stuff."

The "Chevy guy" speech saw Wilde visibly sweating, looking down at his notecard and stumbling over his words multiple times. After he spoke bit about the car manufacturer's role as an official sponsor of Major League Baseball and the tradition of gifting the World Series MVP with a car, he seemed to have a tough time talking about the truck itself.

"We have also been proud of the latest … and greatest technology in our truck lineup, which is the all-new 2015, uh, Chevy Colorado," Wilde said. "Um, it combines class-winning— uh leading, um, ya' know technology and stuff with Wi-Fi powered by OnStar …"

Many Giants and Royals fans watching the game had fun with the #technologyandstuff hashtag, and the phrase took off. Chevrolet's parent company, GM, took advantage and began tweeting pictures of the Chevy Colorado with the phrase as well.

"A lifelong Kansas City Royal fan, Rikk was still a little emotional over the outcome of a tremendous seven-game series," GM said in a statement. "We believe baseball fans in Kansas City and elsewhere can relate with Rikk's authentic emotions."
