Deals with Gold include 'Assassin's Creed,' 'NBA 2K16,' and more

In this week's Deals with Gold, Microsoft is giving discounts to a bunch of "Assassin's Creed" titles and "NBA 2K16," among others. The company has slashed prices by as much as 75 percent off.

Ubisoft previously released "Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag," "Assassin's Creed Unity," and "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" in a digital triple pack bundle for the Xbox One. The bundle costs $99.99 but this week's Deals with Gold "Assassin's Creed" offering might bring more savings for gamers, especially for those looking to complete their collection of "Assassin's Creed" titles. Microsoft is offering "Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag" and "Assassin's Creed Unity" for 60 and 50 percent off. "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" is also available at 45 percent off and it's Gold Edition's price has been slashed by half. "Assassin's Creed Syndicate Gold Edition" includes the base game, season pass, and a few DLCs. Last but not least, "Assassin's Creed Chronicles - Trilogy," currently selling for 30 percent less, takes players to India, China, and Russia.

Meanwhile for the Xbox 360, Microsoft is discounting the original game and many others. Here's the list:

• "NBA 2K16" - 50 percent less
• "Madden NFL 16" - 75 percent less
• "Farming Simulator" - 75 percent less
• "PayDay 2" - 60 percent less
• "King's Quest Season Pass" - 25 percent less
• "Pinball FX2 Civil War Table" - 50 percent less

This week's Deals with Gold runs until Monday, May 2, 2016. Deals with Gold are valid for Xbox Live Gold members.

In addition to the weekly deals for Xbox Live Gold subscribers, Microsoft has not forgotten about the rest of the Xbox Live members. This week, half a dozen titles are discounted under the Spotlight Sale by as much as 60 percent. These include:

• "Alien: Isolation" - 60 percent off
• "Alien: Isolation - The Collection" - 60 percent off
• "Madden NFL 16 Deluxe: Season Edition" - 50 percent off
• "Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: Season Edition" - 40 percent off
• "NBA 2K16 Michael Jordan Special Edition" - 50 percent off
• "Shovel Knight" - 33 percent off

Xbox One players who already own "Dead or Alive 5 Last Round" can also get some savings on a pair of add-on content. The "DOA5LR New Fighters + Debut Costume" can be bought for 40 while "DOA5LR Showstoppers Encore Set" and "DOA5LR Costumes by Tamiki Wakaki Set" is available for 30 percent less each.

While Xbox One gamers have a fair number of titles to choose from, Xbox 360 owners only have a pair of titles discounted under the Spotlight Sale. These are "Alien Isolation" and "Aliens: Colonial Marines," which are discounted at 60 and 75 percent respectively.
