Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao Fight Rumors 2014: Champ Disses Pac-Man With Instagram Photos

The Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao fight has been a long shot these past few years, mostly because Mayweather can't decide whether or not he wants to fight Pacquiao on top of his numerous excuses. It's all been talk but no action and this has continued on via Twitter and Instagram.

Mayweather has been nothing but disrespectful to the Filipino boxing champ and his latest diss is no different. Mayweather took to his Instagram and posted a photo.

"My new boxing DVD is coming soon and is called '3 Ways to Sleep.' Back, Face and Butt and I'm Falling & I Can't Get Up. Miss Pac Man is broke and desperate for a pay day. Your Pay-Per-View numbers are a joke,"

This isn't unusual for the boxer but it has certainly been going on a while. BleacherReport said that Mayweather is missing the point in the possible heated Mayweather-Pacquiao fight. The super bout isn't about Pacquiao anymore, it's about the numerous fans wanting to see the fight happen, and Mayweather has been preventing that from happening.

Mayweather only has two fights left in his contract with Showtime before his alleged retirement from the ring. Two fights isn't many but Mayweather is running out of compelling opponents to face. It remains a question as to who can give Mayweather a challenging fight before his retirement.

Amir Khan is one potential fighter who could give Mayweather trouble in the ring but he's just one fighter, which leaves one more. Keith Thurman is a rising star but in his current condition, he's not going to be someone Mayweather's fans want him to fight. If anything, that leaves Pacquiao as his only option.
