'Gotham' Season 1 Recap, Episode 14 Spoilers News: Fish Mooney Returns
Last week on the hit crime fighting TV series "Gotham," the promising GCPD detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) has once again proved to be a force that is to be reckoned with.
Now that he was officially reinstated in the police department, Officer Gordon continues to clean up the city's law enforcement by taking down the corrupt narcotics detective Arnold John Flass (Dash Mihok).
Flass, who was briefly introduced in episode 12 with Kristen Kringle (Chelsea Spack), was arrested by Gordon and Essen (Zabryna Guevara) for killing the would-be witness Leon Winkler.
Meanwhile, Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) and her right-hand man Butch (Drew Powell) managed to escape from the clutches of Don Falcone (John Doman) when the mob enforcer kills Carmine's top servant and torturer.
Afterwards, Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) advises his good friend Fish to wait for things to die down and lay low for a while away from the city.
Elsewhere, the young Bruce (David Mazouz) and Selina (Camren Bicondiva) were happy to see each other after the former returned from Switzerland. The joyful reunion however ended up immediately when Bruce proposes to the Cat to live with him in Wayne Manor.
Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) also proved to be of help with Gordon when he provided the latter with the information he needs.
Forward to this week's showing, fans are already excited to find out what the spoiler reports indicated. As said, FOX will introduce yet another fearsome Batman villain into the show in the person of the Dr. Jonathan Crane – the master of fear himself.
A short synopsis was posted on The Futon Critic where it reads:
"Fish Mooney reveals a secret of Oswald Cobblepot's, prompting Maroni to take him on a trip to test his loyalty. Meanwhile, Gordon and Bullock hunt down a killer who targets victims with severe phobias and Bruce Wayne confronts Gordon for failing to make progress on his parents' murder case."
"Gotham" airs every Mondays at 8 p.m. on FOX.
