NFL Monday Night Football will see the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Jets clash at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey tonight. The game has a scheduled start time of 8.30 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through live stream (details below).
Both of these teams have a losing record coming into this Week 13 clash, but one of them still has hopes of making the postseason.
The New York Jets' season is long gone and they come into tonight's game with a poor 3-8 record, and with no hope of making the Playoffs. The Jets' players will be fighting for their careers in the final weeks of the season and they must show better than they've shown this season so far if they are to avoid a big shake up in the close season after a hugely disappointing year.
Meanwhile the Colts are 5-6 but still have a chance of making the postseason. They are currently third in the AFC South division, but the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Texans are both 6-6, meaning the Colts can pull up alongside both of them at the top of the division with a win tonight.
With weeks running out before the end of the season this is effectively a must win situation for Indianapolis and they will be going out tonight knowing they cannot afford to lose this one.
The Texans wasted their opportunity to be the sole leader at the top of the division on Saturday, losing to the Green Bay Packers 21-13 to drop them back to an even 6-6 record. That has opened the door for the Colts to tie with them on the same record tonight.
