iPhone 6s Release Date: 6s Plus New Leaked Photos Reveal Design, Display and Camera Specs
Apple is slated to unveil its next series of flagship phones, the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus, in September. But thanks to a number of leaked photos and rumoured details, the public is slowly getting some ideas as to how the purported smartphones will look.
Leaked live photos were published by Maxfixit.com. The images basically show that the next iPhone bearing the same looks as the iPhone 6.
One of the photos show the phone's sensor sitting to the right of the home button. Earlier reports indicated that the new phone will arrive with a sensor that Maxfixit speculated to be the Force Touch sensor.
It has long been rumoured that the iPhone 6s will be unveiled with the same pressure-sensing feature found in the Cupertino-based tech giant's first-gen Apple Watch and its MacBook's track pad.
Earlier last month, a host of leaked photos posted via 9to5Mac showcased what appears to be an empty shell of the purported device. From what has been seen in the images, pretty much every aspect of the iPhone 6 is being carried over to the next-gen phone.
Insiders for the publication said that Apple is likely focusing on the internal changes for the new device rather than the external ones.
Furthermore, there have been talks of a much faster LTE processor unit from Qualcomm which will be embedded to the iPhone 6s. Aside from that, fans might also get a new Apple phone with a much improved camera capabilities and an increased storage capacity.
