'iZombie' Season 2 Episodes 18 & 19 Details Revealed; Show To Feature 'Agent Carter' Star

Fans of the hit TV series from The CW, "iZombie" Season 2 are in for some double whammy treat as the network announced that it will be releasing the penultimate and the finale of the season all in the same week.

The two-hour back-to-back Season 2 finale presentation will start off with Episode 18 called "Dead Beat."

According to The Futon Critic, the first hour will see Liv and Ravi finding themselves in the direst condition. Fortunately, they will be able to find an unlikely ally in Blaine. It remains to be found out if the latter will have some hidden agenda. It is most likely though that Blaine would ask something in return.

In another development, Detective Babineaux and Dale Bozzio will stumble upon a new lead on an old case. Meanwhile, Major will get arrested by the authorities and this prompts Liv to make sure that her ex gets out of jail or else something drastic will happen.

Show creator Rob Thomas said in the behind the scene video released by The CW that, "If Major goes full zombie, in a prison, it could doom us all."

Good thing there's Max Rager who will send a lawyer for Major. The person in question will be played by "Agent Carter" star Ken Marino.

In the TFC summary, it is revealed that Marino's character will be the "sleazebag" attorney named Brant Stone.

Meanwhile, it appears that Stone will be successful in talking Major's way out as evident both in the promo video and TFC's synopsis for the finale. As indicated, the last hour, titled "Salvation Army" will find Liv, Major, and Clive working together in a mission wherein they crash Vaughn Du Clark's Super Max Rager party.

Blaine, on the other hand, will reach out to Peyton for some help. Apparently, his move won't sit well with Ravi.

"iZombie" features the acts of Rose McIver as Olivia "Liv" Moore, Robert Buckley as Major Lilywhite, Rahul Kohli as Ravi Chakrabarti, Malcolm Goodwin as Clive Babinaux, David Anders as Blaine DeBeers, and Aly Michalka as Peyton Charles.

The double finale event kicks off this Tuesday, April 12 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
