Kim Kardashian Photo: Reality Star Makes First Appearance With Kanye West and Baby North

The first photos of reality star Kim Kardashian, following the June birth of her daughter North, have been leaked online.

A number of Kim Kardashian fans have eagerly waited for the reality star to make a public appearance. But while the star has yet to do any public interviews, new photos of the star on her way to visit the doctor have been leaked online.

In the photos, Kardashian can be seen with her husband, Kanye West, and the nanny who is holding North in a baby carrier. A blanket however, covers the carrier, preventing any face shots of the baby whose picture has yet to be unveiled.

Multiple photos were taken by TMZ. In one photo, Kardashian can be seen wearing a faded blue, button down shirt with a collar over black leggings and tan moccasin boots. Her hair is long, well past her shoulders, and she has sunglasses on with a sweater tied around her waist. West is wearing a simple, navy blue hoodie with black pants and combat style boots.

Kardashian was put under a lot of pressure during her pregnancy and heavily scrutinized for her weight gain with some tabloids going as far as to accuse the star of purposely gaining weight for the sake of a weight loss deal. Now, not surprisingly, Kardashian appears skeptical of making a public appearance. Some fans have been equally as harsh following the birth of North West.

"She wont really show her body till she can get 50-75 lbs sucked out of her body via doc and lipo," one fan wrote on the TMZ blog.

Fans were critical of Kanye West too, and complained that the father made the nanny carry the baby carrier. Others also charged that the photos appeared staged. In one photo, West can be seen adjusting Kardashian's sweater.
