The Friday, May 20, 2016, the Powerball jackpot now stands at $187 million since there was no winner who matched all the numbers for the May 18 draw. The Mega Millions drawing takes place tonight at 11:00 p.m. EST or 8:00 p.m. PST.
Tuesday night was a blast for many lottery players as one person brought home the Megaplier prize amount of $3 million, while two others won $1 million each.

The winning numbers for Tuesday are as follows: 17-24-27-48-75. The Mega Ball was set at 6 while the Megaplier prize was at 3.
For many years, Mega Millions has become one of the most sought-after lottery games around. Over the years, Washington has received the biggest number or prizes, including the latest biggest pot money set at $157 million, won by Michael Burkett.
On March 8, 2016, Burkett, who bought one $5 Mega Millions ticket at a 7-Eleven store in Seattle using Quick Pick won the jackpot and opted for the one-time cash payment before taxes of $102.8 million.
