Microsoft and The Chainsmokers Partner for Custom Xbox One S
This year, the DJ duo The Chainsmokers have been slowly but surely taking over the music industry. With Billboard topping releases such as "Closer" and "Don't Let Me Down," The Chainsmokers has gone on to win a Grammy for Best Dance Recording.
Recent reports have revealed that Microsoft has partnered up with them in an attempt to raise the hype for the Xbox One S.
"We were really pumped to work with Xbox on this project and help bring our music to life in a new way, by combining it with the best gaming console in the world," said The Chainsmokers, as reported by Xbox Wire. "We knew the team would do something amazing, but when we saw the custom Xbox One S for the first time, we were both blown away by how cool the design is."
The custom Xbox One S is equipped with another microprocessor that helps Microsoft's console convert sound into a spectacular light show that is sure to entertain some fans as they go through the campaign and gameplay of their favorite titles.
Considering that The Chainsmokers is known for their unique beat and head-bobbing rhythm, the custom Xbox One S presents an opportunity their fans and the console to experience both at the same time.
The Chainsmokers turned to Twitter to give the instruction on how to win the Xbox One S console. All they have to do is to reply to the tweet and tell them why they love the console so much. The contest will go on until Sept. 17. On the final day, one lucky fan will be chosen to receive The Chainsmokers themed Xbox One S.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is gearing toward the upcoming release of the most powerful console available in the market. The Xbox One X boasts is scheduled for release on Nov. 7.
