New York Yankees vs Houston Astros Live Stream (FS1 Channel): Watch MLB Playoffs ALCS Game 7 Online (Preview)

The New York Yankees and the Houston Astros will fight it out for the ALCS pennant and a place in the World Series 2017 on Saturday in Game 7 of their MLB Playoffs Championship Series. It all comes down to this one game, which takes place at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas, with a scheduled start time of 8.08 p.m. ET. The Astros claimed a massive win in Game 6 on Friday night as they faced elimination against a rampant Yankees team that had won three straight gams to turn the series on its head, changing things 180 degrees from being 0-2 down to going 3-2 up.

However, every game of this series has gone with the home team so far, and that proved to be the case in Game 6 as well as Houston claimed the win they needed to take this series to a winner takes all finale Game 7.

The Yankees will have to snap the consistent theme of this series tonight and win a road game if they are to go all the way through to the World Series. However, after the Astros won Game 6 so overwhelmingly many must now believe the momentum has turned back their way and that they will have the advantage to win this decisive match up.

There has been next to nothing between these two teams, as is shown by the 3-3 deadlock we find ourselves in, however, the difference between them on Friday night was simply Justin Verlander. The Astros ace pitcher was phenomenal, and the Yankees batters who had so successfully taken apart the Houston pitching at Yankee Stadium through the week, were suddenly helpless and could not figure him out.

The good news for the Yankees is that Verlander won't be pitching tonight!

New York will send the reliable arm of CC Sabathia to the mound for this deciding game, where as the Astros will be sending Charlie Morton. In effect this will be a rematch of their Game 3 pitching battle, where Yankees fans will remember Sabathia came our well on top.

Where as Sabathia pitched six shutout innings, the Yankees batters tore apart Morton, taking seven runs from him in just 3 2/3 innings. New York will be hoping for similar success tonight, however, Morton in Yankee Stadium, and Morton in Minute Maid Park may be vastly different prospects.

The Yankees pitchers and batters have failed badly this postseason when on the road. They have been virtually invisible at home, going 6-0 in Yankee Stadium in the Playoffs this year, but that record drops to a sad 1-6 on the road.

However, the Yankees have also played in their fair share of elimination games this postseason and they have won each one when the pressure is on. They also gained their solitary road win in the deciding Game 5 o the ALDS against the Indians, and they will be confident in themselves that they can once again step up when it's ultimately needed.
