NFL Monday Night Football Live Stream (ESPN TV Info): How to Watch San Diego Chargers vs Pittsburgh Steelers Online (Preview)

Monday Night Football in Week 5 of the NFL 2015 regular season takes place tonight and features a big match up between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Diego Chargers. The big game will be aired live on ESPN and has a kickoff time of 8.30 p.m., but the game can also be watched online through ESPN live stream (details below).

The Steelers will try to bounce back from their 20-23 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Week 4, which was featured on Thursday Night Football.

The Steelers will have been hugely disappointed with that result as they would have expected to win that game to move to 3-1 and keep closer touch with the AFC North division leading Cincinnati Bengals who are now on 5-0.

But Pittsburgh let themselves down and they now come into this Week 5 match up on 2-2, knowing that another loss today would see them drop arguably too far behind the Bengals to realistically have a chance to catch them - and it's only just over a quarter of the way through the season now.

The Chargers are in a similar position today and will be desperate to win the game today. They are also on 2-2, finding it difficult to find consistency through the first quarter of the season. They similarly will know that a loss today, which would drop them to 2-3, would likely leave them with too much to do to catch the 5-0 Denver Broncos in the AFC West, and their chances of catching Peyton Manning and co. are already slim enough.

The Chargers have been able to record an average of 411 total yards per game until now, compared to the Steelers' 359.8 yards on average per game.

Philip Rivers has been the main reason for that and he has completed 99 of 140 pass attempts for 1,248 yards and 8 touchdowns through the first four games.

The Steelers will be without quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for tonight's Monday Night Football game and that could prove costly, and it will be interesting to see how players like Antonio Brown will be able to impact the game without their star quarterback in the line up.
