'Once Upon A Time' Season 5 Spoilers: 100th Episode Goes into The Underworld, Introduces Hades

When the American fairy tale series "Once Upon a Time" returns for the second half of Season 5 on March 6, it will also be marking the show's 100th episode since it started airing in 2011. The episode titled "Souls of the Departed" will bring the show's "heroes" from Storybrooke to an entirely new world, the Underworld. According to a report on TV Line, the episode will be introducing the character considered to be the rest of the season's Big Bad, Hades, played by Greg Germann.

During the show's winter finale in December, the whole gang from Storybrooke, which included Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin), David (Josh Dallas), Regina (Lana Parrilla), Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) and Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle), are on their way to the Underworld in an apparent rescue mission to save Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) after Emma was forced to kill him earlier in the finale.

The TV Line report hinted at some of the highlights of the upcoming episode. Regina, who is the Mayor of Storybrooke, is the one whose story is in focus in this episode. She encounters her estranged mother Cora who happens to be the Mayor of the Underworld and according to another report in IDigitalTimes, it looks like Regina and Cora are in for a tearful reunion of sorts. IDigitalTimes cited some photos from the episode showing the mother and daughter pair in a series of "sweet" moments.
