Philadelphia Eagles vs Houston Texans Live Stream: Watch NFL 2014 Football Online (Fox TV Start Time, Preview)

The Philadelphia Eagles will play the Houston Texans on Sunday in a big game for both teams. The Texans are struggling on .500 and need to push on if they are to fulfill their postseason hopes, but the Eagles will be desperate to bounce back after last week's defeat and will not want to let the Cowboys pull further ahead of them in the NFC East race. The game will take place from the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas and will start at 1 p.m. ET. The big game can be watched on TV on the Fox network, or online through Direct TV live stream (details below).

The Eagles started the season as massive favorites to claim their second straight NFC East title. However, at the midway point in the season they are behind the Dallas Cowboys and although they have been good, they are suffering serious turnover issues that are impeding their progress.

Today they will come up against the likes of J.J. Watt and Jadeveon Clowney and so they will not have an easier time of it at all, and they must show significant improvement if they are not to suffer a road defeat today.

If the Eagles lose again today it will be their first back to back defeats since their 3-5 start at the 2013 season. Since Nick Foles took over the job at starting quarterback they have gone 12-3 almost a year ago now.

However, Foles needs to improve his work this season. Currently he is the NFL's 28th-rated passer after leading the league last year. He has said, "I have to do a better job. Words can't describe it. I have to keep working on fundamentals, footwork and decision-making. I'm going to keep studying film and keep working. It's all correctable and I can fix it. My words don't mean anything. I have to go out there and prove it."

Today's big game between the Eagles and Texans will start at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through Direct TV's NFL Sunday Ticket live stream by clicking here.
