'Suits' Season 5 Spoilers: Louis Confronts Harvey in 'Hitting Home'
Things are about to get even more intense as the fifth season of USA Network's hit legal drama TV series "Suits" continues this week with an episode that will see the arrival of familiar visitors at Pearson Specter Litt.
Spoiler reports indicated that episode 7, titled "Hitting Home," will likely see the return of Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) and Louis' (Rick Hoffman) sister, Esther (Amy Acker).
While there is no information on why Hardman is back, the promo teaser for the upcoming episode shows that Jessica (Gina Torres) is quite unhappy to see her long-time rival again. The report from VineReport.com said that Daniel could be returning to exact some revenge.
The other visitor at the firm is Louis' sibling, a reunion that is expected to get tense. Fans may recall Louis revealing that he was not that comfortable to work with Esther.
The clip meanwhile showed Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Louis having a confrontation wherein the latter reminded his partner about a promise being made. Louis proceeded to call Harvey a liar and a cheat. What could this broken promise be that made Louis so mad?
The segment is also touted to bring forth some development on the situation between Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Harvey. However, it remains to be seen how the tension between the two colleagues settles as they try to patch things up.
The full synopsis for "Hitting Home" was posted at The Futon Critic where it reads:
"At Jessica's behest, Mike (Patrick J. Adams) teams up with Jack Soloff (guest star John Pyper Ferguson) to co-counsel a case, and despite their history the two come to a surprising understanding. Meanwhile, Esther Litt returns to P.S.L. to solve a problem discreetly, but Louis rarely handles anything quietly - especially when it comes to family. And Donna and Harvey try to get their friendship back to normal, but Harvey has a hard time stomaching Donna's 'friendly advice.'"
"Suits" Season 5 airs this Wednesday, Aug. 5. At 9 p.m. on USA.
