'The Biggest Loser – Temptation Nation' News: Trainers Talk About Makeover Week

It was Makeover Week in the last episode of "The Biggest Loser – Temptation Nation," and the trainers talked about how the makeover was for the contestants.

In her blog post on People, Jen Widerstrom said that this week was the most challenging for the remaining contestants since they had to face themselves. "That person in the mirror that they spent so long hating has begun to shift from the inside out and is finally ready to discover their voice of courage," the trainer said.

Widerstrom said that what she loves about Makeover Week is that it proves that the contestants' hard work are paying off. "Proof that commitment and consistency are all you need to make room for any change you wish to see in your life," the 33-year-old trainer said.

On the other hand, Quince Dolvett wrote on Us Magazine that Makeover Week was thrilling for everybody. He said that it was a moment of revelation for the contestants after they tried wearing clothes at smaller sizes, more specifically when they walked down the red carpet. "As each contestant walked down that long red carpet to us, we could see and feel their pride, and trust me — it was reciprocated," Dolvett said. The trainer could not be any prouder with the contestants since everyone still lost a lot of weight, despite spending less time in the gym this week.

Meanwhile, She Knows said that Makeover Week's most impressive transformation was Felicia's. The website said that she went from being a pretty girl-next-door to a completely beautiful woman. Even fans on social media were ecstatic to see her new look, especially her new gorgeous figure. Fashion experts, Tim Gunn and Ken Paves, must be proud of Felicia's new look.
