'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Recap, Spoilers: Things to Expect in 'Self Help'

In the previous airing of the hit zombie apocalypse drama series "The Walking Dead" Season 5, the episode "Slabtown" focused on Beth (Emily Kinney) and her unfortunate situation at the Grady Memorial Hospital.

She woke up and was told that she was safe in the establishment but little did she know that the inhabitants/survivors inside the building prove to be worse than the Walkers outside.

Matters escalated and Beth was nearly abused by a policeman who blackmailed her into sexual acts. Chaos ensues within the building and Beth, along with Noah (Tyler James Williams), made their escape through the elevator shaft.

They both fought their way through the horde but Beth was tackled by an officer. Noah, meanwhile, succeeded to flee the vicinity.

Beth was confronted by their acts and soon found herself locked again inside the hospital. But as she was about to do something ominous, she sees the unconscious Carol (Melissa McBride) rushed through in a stretcher.

In the next episode entitled "Self-Help," spoilers suggested that zombie slaying will resume as Sgt. Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) lead the Washington party for their mission to rescue Dr. Eugene Porter.

In the recently-released trailer, Abraham and his crew were found slaying some walkers on the street. The next scene showed the group entering a building on foot.

Speculations arise whether they were up for some rest or that something unexpected happened along the road which forced them to digress from their plans.

Rick, together with a handful of guys, is still waiting for Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Carol to return from their own rescue mission.

"The Walking Dead" Season 5 Episode 5 airs this coming Sunday, Nov. 9, at 9 p.m. on AMC.
