He was a participant in the National Journalism Center's spring 2018 internship program and has previously written for the Media Research Center's NewsBusters blog and The Western Journal.
Foley graduated from Rhode Island College in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science and currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.
