Multiple videos of the incident have surfaced, showing different angles.
The New York Times analyzed three different videos, concluding that the vehicle appeared to be turning away from the ICE agent in an effort to get away rather than toward him in an attack.
However, another video, showing the front of the SUV on the street, seems to show the agent being hit by the car as it pulled away, with the officer firing in response.
One video, obtained by CNN on Thursday and filmed across the street, indicated that the vehicle was sideways and stationary in the road for three minutes before the shooting occurred.
