3. Protested a proposed Amazon headquarters in 2017

Rodriguez apparently participated in a 2017 rally against a proposed Amazon headquarters in the Chicago area, according to a now-cached report in Liberation Magazine, an official publication of the Chicago chapter of the Party for Socialism and Liberation.

The article includes a quote from Rodriguez in which he says, "[Amazon's] whitening of Seattle is structurally racist and a direct danger to all workers who live in that city" and warns against "a nation of cities dominated and occupied by massive corporations where only the rich and white can live" amid increasing poverty rates.

Liberation Magazine's article also featured a photo of Rodriguez participating in a rally among several other protesters who held signs reading, "$ for People's Needs Not Amazon."
