Announcing that California’s Harvest Christian Fellowship will not have on-site worship services on Sunday but will be exclusively on livestream due to the governor’s request, pastor Laurie reminded the congregation on the church’s website that “God is still on the throne and prayer changes things!”
“We need to hear God’s word and worship with His people more than ever. There seems to be a lot of fear in America right now, especially in the light of COVID-19,” Laurie said and encouraged church members in a video message to invite their neighbors to watch the livestreaming of the service.

“Join us this Sunday in your homes for our service, and let your friends, co-workers, and neighbors know that we have a message of hope for everyone,” he said. “We also want to ask you to help us share that message during this anxious time.”
Signing off, Laurie said, “Next week, we’ll let you know if we will be meeting together again, in person or online.”
