Joel Rosenberg, an Evangelical author and leader who helps foster American Evangelical support for Israel, reacted to the shooting in a post on X.

As he reshared a video of Rodriguez shouting "Free Palestine," Rosenberg, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen who serves as the editor-in-chief of All Israel News, described himself as "sickened" by the murder.

He shared his opinion that "the murder of diplomats deserves the death penalty."
