Mark Ruffalo also took it upon himself to post up a selfie with he and Robert Downey Jr.

Downey's second pic showed him with the films executive producer Jeremy Latcham.

"You asked for it! My first tweet from the set of Avengers: Age of Ultron with exec producer @jlatcham," wrote Downey.

Avengers 2 or Avengers: Age of Ultron opens in theaters on May 1, 2015. The film also stars Chris Evans as Captain America, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk.

The CGI version of the Hulk with be voiced by Lou Ferrigno, who also played the big green monster in the original television series.

The film follows the first installment released in 2012 that went on to become one of the top three money making movies of all time. Age of Ultron will feature its namesake as the main protagonist and will have a reassembling of the heroes that were separated at the end of the first movie. Many of their stories continued with Iron Man 3, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Thor 2.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is one in a long list of movies to be released in the next few years that are inspired by Marvel's comic book heroes. Amazing Spider-Man 2 opens next week and X-Men: Days of Future Past hits theaters later this summer.
