Chad Johnson Tattoos Evelyn Lozada's Face on His Leg (PHOTO)

Chad Johnson recently tattooed his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada's face and name on his leg and fans are now concerned for the disgraced NFL player's mental wellbeing.

Johnson, 34, was recently accused of headbutting his wife during a domestic dispute, which led to his arrest and Lozada's subsequent divorce filing after just 40 days of marriage. Still, the father of four says that he does not care and he appears to be hoping for the possibility of reconciliation.

One of Johnson's 3 million Twitter followers questioned the reasoning behind his new leg tattoo by asking "I thought she filed for divorce [sic] tho?"

Johnson responded with "I dont give a flying pretzel in skittle rainbow hell what she filed for."

"I really want to know why @ochocinco tatted Evelyn's face on his leg post divorce," another follower asked.

Johnson appeared to be unfazed in his response: "Divorce? Child please... that's my WIFE," he responded.

Another user bluntly wrote "you've officially lost it my man," to which Johnson tweeted "I never had it to begin with, i march to the beat of my own drum, F public opinion."

Johnson lost his lucrative position with the Miami Dolphins as a result of his Aug. 11 arrest, and has since faced a series of financial woes including a looming foreclosure. Despite telling police that Lozada, 37, lied about the domestic assault and insisting that she was the actual aggressor, he recently admitted that he still loves "her to death."

"I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life," Johnson said in a statement.

Lozada recently spoke out regarding the incident during a discussion with ABC and she revealed that although she still loves her estranged husband, there is no chance of a reconciliation.

"It's the hardest thing in the world to walk away from someone that you really love. [But] you have to walk away, because I have to protect myself," she said.
