Samuel Rodriguez

Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, the pastor of New Season megachurch in Sacramento, California, and president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, offered his thoughts in a statement Monday morning.

“Our hearts are broken today for the victims of these horrible attacks in Boulder, Colorado, their families, and the entire Jewish community," he said. "Antisemitism has no place in America — or anywhere."

Rodriguez vowed not to give up the fight against "this great evil until our Jewish brothers and sisters feel safe to walk our streets without fear."

"We will continue to stand with the Jewish community," he concluded. "We cannot —and will not — stay silent while the innocent suffer.”
