Delirious' World Service Jams Into Action
International worship band Delirious? successfully rocks into the UK, America, and Germany with their new album: World Service. (It sure is a WORLD SERVICE!)
WORLD SERVICE was greeted with outstanding media and customer reviews, since its release in the British quintet's homeland just before Christmas.
Delirious? really has captured the allure of its early days without falling into rutty self-plagiarism. Fans of the band's CUTTING EDGE debut or a disc like U2's ALL THAT YOU CAN'T LEAVE BEHIND will want to take this for a spin.
In Germany, Delirious? has a #1 mainstream hit on the national radio station SWR3 with another track from WORLD SERVICE, 'Inside Outside.' The song's video is in high rotation on Germany's Music Television, and the band has posted the clip on its Web site for all to see.
The project reached US shores last month to coincide with the release of the current hit single, 'Rain Down,' and a major stateside tour that continues through April. About WORLD SERVICE, Songs4Worship.com writes:
