Evelyn Lozada Reveals Child's Father Is Carl Crawford, Basketball Wives Star Talks Marrying MLB Star
Evelyn Lozada is ready to reveal that her future baby's father is L.A. Dodgers star Carl Crawford and their plans for future marriage.
Lozada, the 37-year-old "Basketball Wives" star and entrepreneur, recently revealed that she is six months pregnant. Now, she is opening up about Crawford fathering her child in an upcoming episode of omg! INSIDER.
In the episode, Lozada will touch on the possibilities of her marrying Crawford.
"I definitely would get married again. I still believe in love…," Lozada tells omg! INSIDER. "I'm not one of those people that's like 'we need to get engaged, we need to get married.' No, absolutely not."
The reality television star revealed why she did not want to rush into marriage just yet.
"I feel like that's going to come, just like with the baby, let it come," Lozada says. "I'm not forcing anything, so if it happens, it happens."
Lozada has had to publicly heal from a tumultuous relationship to another professional athlete. She broke things off with free agent NFL player Chad Johnson one month after marrying him last year.
The pair engaged in a domestic dispute that resulted in Johnson physically assaulting her after an argument about his infidelities.
Earlier this year, Lozada opened up to Celebuzz about her desires to let God choose her next husband.
"I still want to be a mother, I still want to have other children, I still want to get married and have a family," Lozada told Celebuzz previously. "Only this time, instead of me choosing, I'm going to allow God to choose whomever for me."
The reality star and author spoke about what she is looking for in her future husband.
"I just want a good guy. A family man who wants kids," Lozada told Celebuzz.. "I don't want five kids, but one or twins would be great."
The reality television star and author told Vibe Vixen magazine that couples like actress Meagan Good and her preacher husband DeVon Franklin, who also serves as a Hollywood executive, have inspired her.
"I really look up to Meagan Good and her husband, DeVon [Franklin]," Lozada revealed to Vibe Vixen previously. "I heard him preach, and this man had me in tears. I was like, 'Wow, this is a man.'"
