'Girls' Season 6 Episode 7: Riz Ahmed's Paul-Louis Returns as Hannah Gives Him a Call

The upcoming episode of "Girls" season 6 will see the return of Riz Ahmed's Paul-Louis as Hannah (Lena Dunham) calls to tell him about her pregnancy.

According to the official synopsis of the new episode, titled "The Bounce," Hannah will call Paul-Louis to reconnect with him and presumably tell him about fathering a child. However, it remains to be seen if she will actually go through with it this time.

Meanwhile, Elijah (Andrew Rannells) will go to an open-call audition for a role in a Broadway musical. However, an "unexpected visitor" will cause him to lose focus. Finally, Marnie (Allison Williams) will find herself out of money. Desperate, she will attempt to pawn off a precious family heirloom and "gets a wakeup call from an unlikely source."

A teaser trailer for the new episode has also been released. It starts off with Elijah asking a co-worker to cover for him at work, which is suspicious because he usually would not do something like that. With his reignited passion for acting, he heads to his audition. However, it is clear that he is feeling very nervous as he asks to go to the bathroom right when he is called in.

Elsewhere, Marnie calls her mother to ask for money because she cannot afford to pay for her rent anymore. Her mother is in disbelief and Marnie defends herself. Hannah, on the other hand, leaves a voicemail for Paul-Louis as he can be seen listening to it at his place. She joggles his memory by describing what she did during the night they spent together, which is not a pretty picture.

Meanwhile, here is a brief recap of the previous episode, titled "Full Disclosure."

After telling Marnie, and inadvertently Adam (Adam Driver), about her pregnancy, Hannah unsuccessfully tried to make contact with her baby's father, Paul-Louis. Adam told Jessa (Jemima Kirke) about Hannah's pregnancy, which resulted in Jessa getting mad at her. In the end, Hannah decided to watch Adam's film and was surprisingly affected by its opening scene.

"Girls" season 6 airs Sundays at 10 p.m. EDT on HBO.
