'Grey's Anatomy' Season 14 Episode 5 Spoilers: Meghan Opens Up About Disapperance

Megan (Abigail Spencer) will recall the events that took place when she was kidnapped in the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

In the episode titled "Danger Zone," the synopsis reveals that Meghan is finally ready to talk to her brother. Owen (Kevin McKidd) has been nothing but supportive of her ever since she arrived home weak and battered. Viewers will know what happened the day before Meghan left for Iraq in 2007 when she had an ugly fight with her then-boyfriend Nathan (Martin Henderson).

The Hunts are also expected to "hash out old wounds." Although Owen is happy that his sister is back home, he cannot ignore the fact that her arrival is causing problems to the people important to him. His longtime friend Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) is hurting because she does not quite know what will happen to her blossoming relationship with Nathan now that Meghan has returned. Owen also has to deal with his wife's medical conditions. Last episode, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) decided to go through with the operations to remove her brain tumor.

In an interview with TVLine, Scorsone spoke about the changes that would take place for Amelia. Already, viewers could see that her dynamic with her husband has changed for the better. According to the actress, Amelia's close brush with death made her realize many things. Perhaps, she will finally be ready to talk babies with Owen again.

"There's a major reduction in her fear of anything after that. That's going to make her a less blame-y, less angry person, tumor or not, after that. She's definitely seeing things in a new light. And again, we'll never know, was it because of the tumor coming out? Was it just the experience of going through this and coming out the other side? She'll never know. We'll never know. But she's changed forever," Scorsone said.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 14 airs Thursdays, at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
