Gwyneth Paltrow News: Actress Shares Eating Habits, Reveals She's Not Strict on Her Kids

Being a Hollywood star isn't keeping Gwyneth Paltrow from taking care of her children and recently, she shared how her diet, as well as the lifestyle she has planned for her kids are just as realistic as the eating habits that normal people have.

In an interview for You magazine, the "Iron Man" star tolf Elaine Lipworth, "I don't believe you should rule out any kind of food. I believe in enjoying life." She further explained that there is no such thing as keeping the kids from some of the crowd's favorites. "You can't tell them, 'No Coke, no cake.' It is not realistic."

Paltrow has been busy promoting her new cookbook, "It's All Easy: Delicious Weekday Recipes for the Super-Busy Home Cook," but she's also been spending time with her kids while vacationing abroad.

For the 43-year-old actress, it's not suitable to keep her kids, Apple and Moses, from their favorite snacks and food. The celebrity children love pasta and French fries and while the mentioned goodies are considered unhealthy to most, Paltrow is doing her job as a mom in supplementing something healthier for kids to indulge in as she allows them to enjoy their preferred food.

Also in her interview, Paltrow revealed that she still cooks for former flame Chris Martin. Though they divorced last year, she said the Coldplay star is still welcome to visit her house anytime. Spending the holidays with their children as well as cooking for her ex is a normal routine in the family.

Meanwhile, Paltrow took to social media over the weekend and shared her activities with the kids as they vacationed in Peru. She posted several snaps on Instagram that showed a friendly Llama and a visit to a special building where the trio posed outside the facility.

Earlier last week, Paltrow arrived in Buenos Aires and according to E! News, she was able to spend some time with her friends. She has also recently launched Goop, a lifestyle publication that offers various recipes, traveling notes and tips, and fashion advice.
