Kardashian, 33, and West, 36, spent one week at Ireland's Castlemartyr Resort where they enjoyed a relaxing honeymoon after their May wedding without their daughter North West. The five star East Cork resort sits on a secluded 220 acres and offers various activities for the newlyweds including archery and fly fishing lessons, according to the Daily Mail U.K.

"They planned to stay in Europe for a week or two post-wedding, until Kanye has to perform at the X Games," a source told People magazine.com.

The pair wed in a lavish ceremony on May 24 and an estimated 200 guests from around the world attended. Guests, which included TV personality Lala Anthony and singer John Legend, were flown from Paris to Florence via private jet for the event.

While they are reportedly "sad" that their big day is over, insiders reveal the pair are thrilled to begin their new lives as a married couple.

"The wedding was such an amazing experience for them, that they are sad that it is all over, and can't believe that it has happened already. So they are sad that they aren't anticipating the big day anymore," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"Don't get me wrong, they are ecstatic that they are married but just sad that all the magic of the big day is over," the source explained. "They have already spoken about plans on doing anniversary parties. Every year will be a big party to celebrate their love."
