Kim Kardashian is reportedly being paid a whopping $600,000 to party at a New Year’s Eve event in Las Vegas’ Tao at the Venetian, while other celebrities are struggling to fetch half that much.

“This year I’m going to be celebrating at Tao at The Venetian in Las Vegas! What better place to bring in the New Year?!” reads her website.

This will be the second consecutive year that Kardashian will appear in the Las Vegas to bring in the new year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Last year, the 31-year-old’s fee was a hefty $500,000, and that price tag came with several appearances scheduled throughout 2011.

This year is the same deal, so the reality TV star will show up at Tao at least a few more times in 2012, but the nightclub had to up Kardashian’s paycheck in order to keep the highly-sought star around.

In comparison, other Hollywood stars aren’t getting the same attention or stark offers for their time.

Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas managed to fetch a $100,000 rate for singing at Las Vegas’ 1 OAK in the Mirage Hotel and Casino, reported The New York Post.

Katy Perry tried for even more money, setting her price tag at $250,000, but the songstress’ one-night offer was rejected outright.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs was also seeking a deal with Miami’s famed Hyde nightclub, but talks fell through. Similarly, Mariah Carey was looking to gain over $500,000 for an appearance, but failed to reach that goal.

The only celebrity who seems to be fetching as much attention and potential monetary gain as Kardashian is Ashton Kutcher. The Post reported that various parties were looking to have Kutcher attend their event, but the “Two and a Half Men” star turned them down, choosing his privacy over a paycheck.

Kardashian, who recently went through a nasty, public divorce with ex-husband Kris Humphries, will be attending the NYE party single, she said. To make sure Kim isn’t completely alone, her mother, Kris Jenner, and stepfather, Bruce Jenner, will also be in attendance.

Kardashian has been promoting the event heavily on her website, where it reads, “Every year I look forward to the New Year’s Eve celebrations!” as well as directions to purchase a $225 ticket to the party.
