Kim Kardashian Psoriasis Issue Brought Up in New Twitter Photo (PHOTO)

Reality star Kim Kardashian, famous now for offering countless pictures of herself on Twitter, has shared yet another photo with the public. The new inappropriate picture has been criticized as yet another stunt to try and draw publicity back to Kardashian, and has brought up other strange pictures that the star has unveiled in the past.

Wednesday night Kardashian reported on Twitter that she couldn't sleep, and instead decided to post a picture of herself on Twitter. The picture revealed her lying on a bed with a white sheet to cover. The random picture, posted out of boredom brought up other questionable photos that Kardashian has posted in the past.

The star was diagnosed with having Psoriasis, a skin condition that causes redness and irritation, last year after having a stressful time planning her wedding to Kris Humphries.

When Kardashian was first diagnosed, she appeared to fear what the public opinion would be on her skin condition. "People don't understand the pressure on me to look perfect," she said on an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians. When I gain a pound, it's in the headlines. Imagine what the tabloids would do to me if they saw all these spots?"

Psoriasis is often triggered by stress and after being diagnosed the star was warned to stay out of the spotlight to decrease the amount of stress in her life. Kardashian responded that the doctor's orders were "just not possible."

Despite her fears however, Kardashian soon reconciled with the idea of having to deal with her skin condition under public scrutiny and posted a picture of her psoriasis, which she described as "heart shaped."

Kardashian also recently posted a picture of herself giving kisses to her nephew. The boy appears to look at the camera stunned, while covered in red lipstick and being kissed by a done up Kim Kardashian. Other pictures in Kardashian's Instagram hall of fame include one of her dressed as a nerd and one where she claims to be wearing no makeup.
