LeAnn Rimes is reportedly an emotional wreck due to Brandi Glanville's new tell-all book entitled "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders."

The troubled singer, who admittedly had an affair with Eddie Cibrian while he was still married to Glanville, is reportedly now questioning her marriage to the actor due to ongoing claims that he is a serial cheater. Glanville, 40, reveals explosive details about her 8-year marriage to Cibrian and his alleged affairs.

"This is bringing out LeAnn's nagging fears about Eddie that one woman isn't enough," a source said as reported by RadarOnline.com. "Does it bother her? Of course, no woman would want to read these things about her husband."

In the book Glanville, who shares two sons with Cibrian, opens up about witnessing Rimes, 30, attempt to seduce her ex-husband shortly before news of their affair came to light. She also reflects on how she discovered his other affairs and how she dealt with them.

Cibrian allegedly cheated on Glanville while she was pregnant with their youngest son Jake, with 27-year-old Scheana Marie. The Beverly Hills waitress has since come out and accused Cibrian, who is now Rimes husband of two years, of cheating on the singer with her.

"[LeAnn] knows that Eddie loves her and she's secure in that … LeAnn desperately wants to believe him. If they don't last, she looks like the biggest loser in the world," the source said.

The report follows recent claims suggesting Rimes is close to having a nervous breakdown. The singer checked in to a treatment facility to deal with stress and anxiety last August and friends and family are allegedly urging her to seek help again.

"Everyone around LeAnn can see how much she struggles. She has body issues and worries Eddie [Cibrian] will cheat," a source reportedly told Life & Style. "Friends and family are constantly worried she's going to fall apart again if she doesn't get help."
