Mississippi State Bulldogs vs Alabama Crimson Tide Live Stream: Watch NCAA 2014 Football Online (CBS TV Start Time, Preview)

The Mississippi State Bulldogs will play the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday in what is clearly the biggest game of the day in NCAA football. The game takes place from the Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and will start at 3.30 p.m. ET. The action will be shown on TV on the CBS network, but can also be watched online through live stream (details below).

The number 1 seeded Bulldogs currently have a perfect record, going 9-0 until now. However, the number 4 seeded Alabama Crimson Tide, who have gone 8-1, will be slight favorites in many people's eyes.

Whoever wins today should be the SEC West leader, and although Mississippi State have the number 1 ranking, it has been a number of weeks since they looked like the nation's top team.

In recent weeks they have taken their foot off the accelerator somewhat.

Previously they had defeated LSU in Baton Rouge, which lifted them from unranked to 14th in the AP. They need took down No. 6 Texas A&M to rise from 12th to third. Following that they destroyed No. 2 Auburn by 15 points in Starkville to move from third to first.

But since then they seem to have taken relaxed somewhat, and after a bye week they looked disjointed, only managing a 45-31 win over Kentucky, with their defense in particular looking absent at times.

The next week it was their offense that struggled in their 17-10 win over Arkansas. Last Saturday they also looked well below their best against UT-Martin.

However, everything will be forgotten if they can claim the big win today. Alabama Crimson Tide will provide the toughest possible opposition for them and if they can come out on top they will be justified to call themselves number 1.
