4 highlights from Peter Thiel’s leaked ‘Antichrist’ lectures: From Revelation 13 to Bill Gates

Billionaire Peter Thiel has warned in private lectures that the Antichrist will “abolish financial freedom” and exploit fears of war to bring “peace at any price,” according to recently published claims.

Thiel, who co-founded PayPal and Palantir and was the first outside investor in Facebook, has delivered several invitation-only lectures in recent years on his view of the End Times. He has linked the Antichrist and Armageddon mentioned in the Bible to concerns about emerging technologies and a totalitarian one-world government.

An Oct. 20 analysis published by The Verge and written by David Gibson, director of the Center on Religion and Culture at Fordham University, says “recordings of Thiel’s lectures” were leaked to the tech outlet months ago and “provide a window into Thiel’s dizzying religious and sociocultural philosophy.”
