'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6: Lucy Hale Dishes About Upcoming Season and Aria 'A' Theories
ABC Family's fan-favorite teenage TV drama series "Pretty Little Liars" is barely a week from airing its premiere episode for its sixth season and fans are still on the lookout for more information as to what the new chapter will bring. Here's what we heard.
Actress Lucy Hale, who plays Little Liar Aria, revealed some tidbits for the season premiere.
"Starting season 6, we'll pick up right where we left off which was I believe is the season 5 finale where the girls are held in this fake dollhouse, fighting for their lives, and we are for the first time of the show, doing a significant time jump," she told Access Hollywod.
The hosts probed further about the said time jump in relation to the Ezra (Ian Harding) and Aria union which followers of the show refer to as Ezria.
"With the time jump, who knows. What are they doing with their lives and who are they dating? Who are they married to? Are there kids involved and what are they going to wear? Mainly is a still tormenting their lives?" the 25-year-old TV star teased.
The conversation went on to discuss the possibility of Aria as "A."
"There's a lot of Aria A theories circulating around since the beginning of the show and I don't know where they're going with that ... but I would be on board with it. I would love to play the bad guy," the actress said.
Hale went on to point out the endgame of the show and if she can see herself towards the conclusion of it.
"Yeah! I mean, we're at the point now where there is an end point in sight. We've been doing it for six years and we're picked up for a seventh season ... I've always said, 'I'll ride it until it's done.' I think we still have ways to go but I'm also thinking about what I wanna do afterwards in film and in music," she said.
"Pretty Little Liars" Season 6 will kick off with episode titled "Game On, Charles," this June 2 on ABC Family.
