'The Bachelor' 2016 News: Ben Higgins and Lauren B. Planning are Making Wedding Plans

Following the supposedly heart-breaking finale of "The Bachelor" season 20, Ben Higgins is ready to move on and start life anew with Lauren B. and recently, the couple shared that they're talking about the upcoming wedding.

As fans already know, Ben and Lauren B. got engaged in the finale of "The Bachelor" 2016, that is, after Ben crushed JoJo Fletcher's heart and told her she wasn't the one.

It should be noted that the dating show's host, Chris Harrison tried to convince Ben that it was time to marry Lauren B. right after the season wrapped up. However, Ben politely said "no" to the idea and instead made another proposal to Lauren B.

Meanwhile, the couple recently shared with People how their lives are moving forward. "I want to hold her hand in public. And I'm excited to work on our house together," Ben told the outlet. Earlier reports suggested that the couple definitely had a hard time keeping their emotions together as the show does not permit them to stay together until the show completed airing all the episodes.

Finally, Lauren B. will be moving to Denver with Ben and she said she's excited to hit the grocery store with her new fiancé.

When asked about their wedding date, Lauren B. said they both agreed that they don't want to be engaged for too long. She further explained that she isn't usually the type of girl who dreams of weddings but with Ben, she has started thinking about what kind of ceremony she wants.

Ben said on the "After the Final Rose" episode that he wants a huge reception for the woman he refers to as "the one." Fans are speculating that the couple may want their wedding to be aired live since Ben is planning to give a big celebration for his soon-to-be wife.

Children never go out of the topic when it comes to the hit ABC show and for Lauren B., there should be a girl in the mix. The couple want three kids but Ben said they will get a dog first since that's what his fiancée wants.
