'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Update: Giudice's Former Home Sold for $100 Only, Season 7 Wrapped Up

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are not so lucky when it comes to selling their properties. According to a report by NJ.com, the couple, who have been pleaded guilty of multiple fraud charges, lost their modest Lincoln Park home after it was sold back to its lender for the minimum $100 during a foreclosure auction.

With an estimated value of $219, 234, the home was bought by the Giudice's in 2005 for $170,000. It had three bedrooms and one bathroom and was advertised in the listing as "charming" and "flood-free zone." But despite that, there still no takers, indicating that being a reality show celebrity is no guarantee that it will be sold or be fancied by people. Not even the fans of Teresa's best seller cookbooks like "Fabulicious! Fast & Fit!" captured the interest of getting the house.

"No matter who the owners are, it's fairly typical for banks to buy back foreclosures on the cheap," says real estate agent Christopher Homsi with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Wayne, NJ, as noted in Realtor.com. "People don't really care if a reality star lived there. Residences will sell regardless—"as long as the property's in good condition," he added.

Meanwhile, more of the life of the Giudices will be featured in the upcoming season 7 of the reality show. Fashion & Style detailed that it has been confirmed already that the seventh installment of the Bravo series has already wrapped up. Teresa and co-star Melissa Gorga posted photos on their social media accounts to commemorate the shooting of the finale episode.

But even though the season has successfully finished filming, the drama has not stopped and Jacqueline Laurita proved it through a tweet that exposes her rival Teresa. In her recent tweet, she wrote, "Someone please tell @Teresa_Giudice that it is NEVER okay to use the "R" word! #RHONJ" Apparently, Teresa's use of the word had offended Jacqueline because her son, Nicholas, is autistic.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" season 7 will premiere this summer on Bravo.
