This all-AFC North match up is full of postseason implications as the division is one of the most competitive this year. The Bengals are currently in top spot, but not by much. The Pittsburgh Steelers are marginally behind in second with 6-3, and the Cleveland Browns are in third with their 5-3. The Baltimore Ravens, despite having a positive record on 5-4, are still only good enough for fourth place in the division.

That means a win today would be massive for both teams, and neither will want to give away anything to their fierce rivals.
Both teams claimed wins in Week 9, but that said, both played some of the worst teams in the league this season. The Browns defeated the 1-7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but not by much, needing to win the fourth quarter 6-0 to claim the 22-17 victory.
The Bengals played the 1-8 Jacksonville Jaguars, and also struggled somewhat, managing to win 33-23, mostly thanks to a strong second quarter where they piled on 12 unanswered points. Apart from that the Bengals and Jaguars played pretty much side by side through the other three quarters.
That leaves a lot for both teams to improve upon today, and both teams will have been working throughout the week to prepare for tonight's big Thursday Night Football clash.
