Trump's week in review: Comey charged again; $1M reward for reporting election fraud

4. Trump offers $1M reward for reporting voter fraud
Trump announced Monday on Truth Social that he would pay $1 million to anyone who reports voter fraud in a past election or in the upcoming midterms, once those responsible are arrested and convicted.
“Anybody reporting Voter Fraud in the past Elections, or the upcoming 2026 Midterm Election, will be paid $1,000,000 upon the arrest and conviction of those that created the Fraud! Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he wrote.
In July, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin announced that federal investigators had found tens of thousands of noncitizens on voter rolls in New Jersey, Nevada and Pennsylvania, and nearly 200,000 in California.
However, DHS did not explain how it obtained those figures. Separately, a federal judge recently ruled that the administration's list "is widely known to inadvertently include U.S. citizens."
