'Clash of Clans' Update News: Supercell Teases New Features During ClashCon 2015

Fans of the iconic game "Clash of Clans" received a lot of surprises and treats during the weekend's ClashCon, and aside from the experience of gathering with numerous fans and players around the globe, Supercell gave its attendees news on the massive update that will soon be available for players.

There are still additional details to be revealed in the coming days, but as everyone speculated, Supercell announced the coming of a new structure to be added to the game's main buildings: Town Hall 11.

Alhough not much details were provided to keep the surprises coming, Supercell assured its fans that the upgrade will greatly differ from Town Hall 10 as the game developer gave a first look at the new structure during ClashCon 2015.

It was also revealed that the map sizes will now be stretched to 44 x 44 in diameter, which means Town Hall 11 will also be bigger than the previous halls and players will get to cover a larger area and of course, as fans requested, the announcement means a bigger clan base will be at hand.

A new defense unit was also unveiled during the huge event, and while it is similar to the Inferno unit, Supercell said it offers something much more amazing than the usual defense units already available.

One of the requests that Supercell may have granted is the addition of a fourth spell. Since the developer said a new set of Dark Troops will be dispatched for the update, it won't come as a surprise if a fourth spell will be made available for gamers.

Another big reveal during the event is the advancement of Barbarians to Level 8. With the Barbarians gaining more strength, fans are looking forward to the Hog Riders possibly jumping to Level 6 and Witches advancing to Level 3.

Finally, the biggest announcement that fans welcomed with much applause and cheering is the coming of a third hero. Since Supercell didn't say anything more than a new hero on the way, fans speculated that he might be a Warlock-type character, according to The International Business Times.

The new update is expected to roll out in the next month.
